Class #4

 Date: March 9th, 2024

During this class, we did different activities to achieve the goal of improve our english, one of them was study the perfect tenses. We started with present perfect, and I learned some uses with this tense, for example: 

1. For an action that happended in the past but whise results are obvious in the present, for instance: He has washed the car 

2. For an action that has just finished, for instance: He has just had lunch

3. For an action that started in the past and hasn´t finished, for instance: we have lived here since 2000


On the other hand, the teacher explained Past perfect to talk about actions that had ocurred before another. Some examples are the next: 

1. He had worked here before. 

2. He had not worked here before. 

3. Had he worked here before?


We finish the class with a listening activity, and I consider that I need continue to improve my listening skills. I follow the teacher´s tips and I search other options, for instance, I found a web page to listen podcast in english with british accent. The web page is the next:
